In the eighth edition of these, the Inmaculada Corazón de María School won the award in the gold category; The bronze went to the Obispo Blanco Nájera public school, the Innovation and Energy Service of the Ministry of Economic Development and Innovation, the Authorization, Accreditation and Inspection Service of Centers and Services and the Canales Pharmacy; while the award for excellence in clients was received by the San Millán Training Center and the company Luis Gil Sausages.

Riojaforum hosted the award ceremony for these awards, which was attended by the President of the Government of La Rioja, José Ignacio Ceniceros. Ceniceros insisted that "excellence, quality and innovation are inherent to La Rioja and the only sure way to make the needs and aspirations of the people of Rioja come true: consolidate economic growth, create jobs and improve our welfare system."
