Our day to day and our routine causes most people to eat three times a day, being recommended five meals: breakfast, lunch, food, snack and dinner.

Food is not a source of pleasure, but as a way to maintain metabolic order, favor the assimilation of nutrients and ensure a good state of health.

Therefore, the food must be varied and has to provide all types of food, which will be distributed in the five meals:

1. Breakfast

We ingest the nutrients that our body needs throughout the day.

The snack is the penultimate food of the day. Therefore, you must bet on food with little caloric contribution.

It is the last meal we perform per day and which we usually arrive with more hunger for the release of the stress of the day.

We must avoid heavy, hardly digestible dinners and eat lighter foods such as chicken or grilled fish accompanied by vegetables.
