2. Start dates and duration of the contest. Geographic scope.
The draw will be held on December 22, 2020, once the Christmas Lottery draw has ended.
The campaign is aimed at residents in Spain; (ii) who are subscribers to the Embutidos Luis Gil newsletter; (iii) and that they have (iv) fully accepted the content of these Bases and Conditions.
The organizer reserves the right to postpone or suspend the draw in case of force majeure as well as the power to interpret these legal terms and conditions.
3. Rules and conditions to participate.
Any natural person over 18 years of age residing in Spain may participate.
To participate you only have to be part of the list of subscribers to the Embutidos Luis Gil newsletter. To register as a subscriber you can do so by filling out the form that appears on the pagehttps://www.embutidosluisgil.com/blog/in which the user must enter their email address and expressly accept the sending of news, promotions and information about our company as well as its privacy policy, the details of which are reflected in the registration form.
Prize shipments will only be made to addresses located in the Spanish Peninsula, so if the resulting winner has his address outside the specified geographical area, he will be offered the opportunity to send it to an address of his choice within the Spanish peninsula.
Shipping of the prize will be the responsibility of the Organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the campaign during its development, if any cause occurs that prevents it from being carried out successfully or in order to improve its progress.
4. Selection of the winner
The winner will be drawn on December 22, randomly, according to the first prize of the National Christmas Lottery Draw. The winner will be the subscriber whose registration order on our list matches the last three digits of the number corresponding to the first prize of the draw. If there are more than a thousand subscribers during the campaign, the winner will be whose registration order matches the last four digits of the number resulting from the draw.
A single winner will be chosen and two substitutes will be established to, in the event of not being able to deliver the prize due to non-compliance with the regulations or due to not being able to contact or receive a response from the winner within 72 hours, to be able to deliver the prize to another user. The substitutes will be the immediately preceding subscriber in first place and the immediately following subscriber in second place.
Embutidos Luis Gil SL is exempt from any responsibility in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners/substitutes that prevents their identification.
5. Nature of the prize offered
The prize will consist of an 'Ecopicnic' box with organic sausages made by our company. The Ecopicnic box includes: a string of extra organic chorizo, a string of extra organic sausage, a can of organic pâté and an envelope of sliced organic ham.

The data provided by the winner/substitutes will be treated confidentially and compiled in an automated personal data file, with Embutidos Luis Gil SL being the owner and responsible for the file, in order to manage participation in the draw and enjoyment of the prize.
Embutidos Luis Gil SL guarantees full compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data in the processing of personal data collected for the delivery of the Ecopicnic Basket raffle prize, especially with regard to attention to the exercise of the rights of information, access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of personal data of the winner/substitutes.

Any violation of these or of the procedures or systems established for participation in the contest will imply immediate exclusion from the contest and/or revocation of the prizes.
