We are the only company in Spain that raises organic pigs, making our own food ourselves.. We believe in this project not as a business in which you close the door and that's it; It is a way of life for all of us where Product quality and constant work prevail.
We are in The Encinar of Ocón a natural area belonging to the La Rioja Biosphere Reserve where we raise and preserve the best product.
Our Organic pigs are very rustic, they live at extreme temperatures and their fat is a heater for them. We take care of the animals as before, giving them the necessary growth time without precipitating their fattening.
Our identity is based on making an artisan product, a product that speaks about us, our family and our origins. Thus, We carry out the entire production process from receiving the meat from the slaughterhouse to the preparation of the final product:
+ We receive the carcasses that arrive from the slaughterhouse cut in half.
+ We carry out the cutting.
+ We select each of the parts by salting the loins and hams; and separating the lean meats to make chorizo and salchichón that are stuffed and later sent to drying rooms.
+ We cure the products slowly without any additives or any type of quick drying process.
+ We package them and distribute them to our customers.
If in one sentence it could be summarized Luis Gil, it would be without a doubt “Respect for everything that surrounds us, enjoying what one does“.

We are a family interested in consuming only organic meat and sausages, because we believe that animals should be treated with dignity and ensure good living conditions.
We are also concerned about how to sacrifice them. This is something we never find information about on the labels of organic meat and sausage packaging. But for us it is important to know if they are truly put to sleep so that they do not suffer or if they are only paralyzed, so they cannot express their suffering even if they suffer from it.
We also value their diet, which is natural, without feed, growth hormones, or antibiotics...
