We receive the Solidarity Company Seal

The Third Sector Platform has given us the seal that certifies us as a 'Solidarity Company' that recognizes companies with a positive impact in Spain.

The requirement to obtain this Seal is to have checked the Solidarity Company Box in the last Corporate Tax, which gave the option of allocating 0.7% of the proceeds to social interest projects managed by the Third Sector.

Of course at Embutidos Luis Gil we didn't think about it and we joined this initiative that helps finance projects that collaborate in guaranteeing the rights of citizens, in the fight against poverty, social exclusion and inequality.

It costs us nothing and the benefit generated is enormous. So we encourage all companies that file Corporate Tax to join together and check the Solidarity Company Box to become companies with a positive impact on society, citizens and the planet.

About the Third Sector Platform

The Third Sector Platform (PTS) is a state-level organization established to unite and expand the voice of the Third Sector in Spain. It defends, through a united voice, the rights and social interests of citizens, especially people in situations of poverty or risk of exclusion.

Founded in January 2012, it is made up of nine of the most representative organizations in the social field in Spain (Plataforma del Voluntariado de España (PVE); European Network to Fight Poverty and Social Exclusion in the Spanish State (EAPN- ES); Social Action NGO Platform (POAS); Spanish Committee of Representatives of People with Disabilities (CERMI); Spanish Red Cross; Spanish Cáritas; National Organization of the Blind of Spain (ONCE); The Coordinator of Cooperation Organizations for the Development; and Childhood Platform); and eleven territorial platforms and tables. Currently, it represents nearly 28,000 entities in the social field.
