Visit of the Council of Organic Agricultural Production of La Rioja

Sausages Luis Gil is the protagonist this month in the Council of Organic Agricultural Production of La Rioja.

This week we received a visit from CPAER – Council of Organic Agricultural Production of La Rioja and we show them what our organic Duroc pig farming project is like in the Ocón Valley, in the heart of the La Rioja Biosphere Reserve, and how we make our organic meats and sausages. 🌳🐖

The Council makes a series of videos monthly so that consumers can better understand how the organic foods produced in La Rioja are made and who the producers are that manage the farms.
