🐷 INGREDIENTS: ⁣

– 150 G of sliced ​​organic ham.⁣
– 150 G sliced ​​organic loin.⁣
– ½ string of sliced ​​organic chorizo.⁣
– ½ string of sliced ​​organic sausage.⁣
– 70 g of cured cheese in small wedges.⁣
– 50 g of soft or fresh cheese, diced.⁣
– A Fuji or Red Delicious apple.⁣
– Almonds.⁣
– Pickles.⁣
– Small toasts and quality sticks or breadsticks.⁣
– Aromatic herbs such as thyme or rosemary.⁣


👩‍🍳 PREPARATION:⁣

1.- Choose your table and some small bowls or containers to place them on it.⁣
2.- You are going to place the sausage creating a symmetry, so that what is in one part of the table is repeated right in front.⁣
3.- First place the ham, folding it so that it forms waves and does not remain flat.⁣
4.- With the chorizo ​​and the salchichón, draw a diagonal line that crosses the center of the board.⁣
5.- Fill the board with the loin, placing it in two parts, one in front of the other.⁣
6.- Place the cheese near the ham so that it contrasts with its light tone.⁣
7.- In the containers, place the almonds, pickles and fresh cheese cubes.⁣
8.- Add the sliced ​​apple, again on opposite sides.⁣
