Eco-cured prey bruschetta, apple and honey

Today we bring you a simple recipe but that you will love because of how delicious it is and because it is a perfect appetizer. Bruschetta is a typical appetizer of Italian cuisine made with hot toasted bread and in which sausage is one of the usual ingredients. And what better idea than to prepare a bruschetta with one of our most appreciated sausages, cured organic prey. As companions, apple and honey pair perfectly with this special cut, both in its fresh and sausage versions.⁣

Take note:⁣

🐷 INGREDIENTS: ⁣

• 200 g of prey. ⁣
• 1/2 chapata.
• 1 or 2 apples.⁣
• Honey. ⁣
• Fresh thyme.⁣

🧑‍🍳 PREPARATION:⁣

1.- Peel and cut the apple into slices.⁣

2.- Cut the bread into slices and toast it.⁣

3.- Place 2 or 3 slices of organic prey on the hot bread.⁣

4.- On these a couple of apple slices.⁣

5.- Add a little honey.⁣

6.- Garnish with fresh thyme or other herb.⁣

Optional: you can add a little crumbled cottage cheese as a topping.⁣
