Today we bring you a simple recipe but that you will love because of how delicious it is and because it is a perfect appetizer. Bruschetta is a typical appetizer of Italian cuisine made with hot toasted bread and in which sausage is one of the usual ingredients. And what better idea than to prepare a bruschetta with one of our most appreciated sausages, cured organic prey. As companions, apple and honey pair perfectly with this special cut, both in its fresh and sausage versions.
Take note:
🐷 INGREDIENTS:
• 200 g of prey.
• 1/2 chapata.
• 1 or 2 apples.
• Honey.
• Fresh thyme.
🧑🍳 PREPARATION:
1.- Peel and cut the apple into slices.
2.- Cut the bread into slices and toast it.
3.- Place 2 or 3 slices of organic prey on the hot bread.
4.- On these a couple of apple slices.
5.- Add a little honey.
6.- Garnish with fresh thyme or other herb.
Optional: you can add a little crumbled cottage cheese as a topping.
