Organic ham, pear and walnuts sandwich

You will make this bite of organic ham, pear and walnuts a thousand times. Perfect for summer dinners and super healthy.

🐷 INGREDIENTS: ⁣⁣

  • 150 g of organic Duroc ham.
  • 2 pears.
  • 6 walnuts.
  • 80 g of cream cheese.
  • Arugula.
  • Extra virgin olive oil.


🧑‍🍳 PREPARATION:⁣⁣

1.- Peel the pears and make balls as is usually done with melon.
2.- Chop the walnuts into small pieces.
3.- Spread out a slice of ham and place another one on top of it to lengthen the base.
4.- Apply a little cream cheese all over the surface.
5.- Put the walnuts in pieces and finish with arugula.
6.- Close the slices by wrapping their contents to form a package.
7.- Drizzle with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil to give it juice and shine.

Optional: You can cut the pear into sticks or rectangular shapes, and you can replace the arugula with lamb's lettuce or another green leaf.
