Today we propose a buddha bowl with our ecological loin. These on-trend dishes are traditional combination dishes but with a healthier approach since they mix 100% healthy foods and propose nutritious combinations that make them a healthy, nutritious and satiating meal. Here is a very complete single dish that solves a meal quickly and easily.
Take note of the preparation:
INGREDIENTS
- 150 g of brown rice.
- A piece of natural spine tape.
- 80 ml of extra virgin olive oil.
- 45 ml soy sauce. (3 teaspoons)
- 45 ml of honey.
- 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar.
- 1 clove garlic.
- A handful of grapes.
- ½ small cucumber.
- Some radishes.
- 6 green asparagus.
- A small piece of red cabbage.
- Sal
PREPARATION:
1.- We start by cooking the rice in plenty of salted water as if it were pasta.
2.- While it cooks (about 35 minutes) in a bowl we prepare the marinade for the pork by mixing all the ingredients and stirring until they are well integrated.
3.- We add the tenderloin in small slices to the bowl and leave it for 30 minutes.
4.- We are at the same time cutting the vegetables for our Buddha Bowl.
5.- Drain the rice as soon as it is ready and set it aside.
6.- We fry the marinated loin in a thread of oil and leave it golden.
7.- We assemble the bowl starting by placing the rice, on top of it the grapes and the finely cut vegetables forming lines and leaving space for the marinated loin that we will place at the end.
8.- We can replace the vegetables with others that we have more on hand or that we like better.
8.- We prepare a dressing for the rice and vegetables with the same ingredients as the marinade and we bring it in a sauce boat to the table.
Note: The Buddha bowl is a very complete dish, it contains carbohydrates, vegetables and meat. It has its origin in the food (single dish) that Buddhist monks prepared, nutritious and satiating for the entire day.
