Take note of how this wonder is made

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 figs.
  • 200 g of cold flour.
  • 100 g of butter.
  • 70 ml of very cold water.
  • 50 g of ground almonds.
  • 1 egg.
  • Sal

PREPARATION:

1.- We start by making the galette dough by placing the flour, butter, water and salt in the food processor.

2.- We shape it into a ball and leave it wrapped in film in the refrigerator for half an hour.

3.- Meanwhile, we wash the figs and cut them into slices.

4.- We spread the dough in a round shape on a low mold.

5.- We place the figs in the center, leaving a wide margin around them.

6.- We roll the bacon on itself forming a roll and place it on top of the figs.

7.- We close the edges of the dough and brush with a beaten egg.

7.- Bake at 200 g for 20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the dough is golden.
