Now that it's starting to get cooler, we propose a super delicious recipe, perfect for autumn and very easy to make with our organic pork prey. In 10 minutes you will have all the work done...we promise. Take note:
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 piece of ecological dam.
- 80 ml of extra virgin olive oil.
- A splash of soy sauce.
- Rosemary, thyme and basil.
- Sal.
PREPARATION:
1.- In a bowl, mix: 1 teaspoon of rosemary, another of thyme and another of basil with the oil and soy.
2.- Place the dam on a baking tray, salt, spread the spice mixture and add what is left over on top.
3.- Put the meat in the oven at 120º for 90 minutes.
4.- Cut into slices and present with its sauce and if you want a little mashed potato.
5.- Decorate with a sprig of thyme or another aromatic.
