Slices of potatoes stuffed with organic chorizo

Today we bring you a recipe that is a true treat and that is super easy to prepare. We encourage you to try it and tell us what you think of the result.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 string of organic cured chorizo.
  • 4 large potatoes.
  • 150 g of butter.
  • 4 cloves of garlic.
  • A few sprigs of parsley.
  • Pepper.
  • Dried thyme and fresh thyme.
  • A piece of Parmesan cheese.
  • Sal.

PREPARATION:

1.- Cut the clean potatoes into slices, with their skin, with the help of a mandoline.

2.- We remove the skin from the string of chorizo ​​and cut very thin slices.

3.- Prepare the potatoes by sprinkling them with the melted butter, garlic and chopped parsley, pepper, thyme and salt.

4.- Grease the mold and place a sprig of thyme in the bottom of each space.

5.- We cover with some slices of potatoes, a layer of chorizo, another of grated cheese.

6.- We close with more potato slices until we cover the entire space of the mold.

7.- Bake in the oven at 180º for ½ hour, or until the potatoes are done when you pierce them.

8.- Wait 10 min. to unmold so that the potatoes gain consistency.

Note: You can also use some flan pans, or some small plating rings to achieve the same result.
