Organic pork tenderloin medallions with caramelized mushrooms

Today we bring you a very delicious way to enjoy our organic pork tenderloin. A delicious and beautiful dish in equal parts and very easy to make. Do you dare?

Take note of the preparation

🐷 INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 250 g of whole mushrooms.
  • 100 ml of water.
  • 50 g of sugar.
  • 50 ml soy sauce.
  • 2 or 3 cloves of garlic.
  • Some cauliflower seedlings.
  • Extra virgin olive oil.
  • Sal.

🧑‍🍳 PREPARATION:

1.- We clean the mushrooms and we are left with only the hat.

2.- Chop and sauté the garlic in a little oil.

3.- We add the mushrooms and mark them in the pan.

4.- Add the water, sugar and soy.

5.- We cook the mushrooms for 15 minutes.

6.- Remove the mushrooms and let the sauce reduce for 5 more minutes.

7.- We reserve the sauce and cut the pork tenderloin into medallions.

8.- Blanch the cauliflower florets in hot water for a couple of minutes.

9.- We cut them into thin slices with a knife or mandoline.

10.- We make the medallions in the pan, marking them first on both sides.

11.- We leave them a little longer on low heat so that they cook well.

12.- We plate it by placing the medallions first and then the mushrooms on top.

13.- Sauce with caramelized soy and decorate with cauliflower slices.

Suggestion: If you want to give a more elegant look to this recipe, you can replace the mushroom with thick slices of oyster mushroom cut lengthwise to reveal its T shape.
