This dish combines the quality of our sausages with a unique presentation, ideal for any special occasion.

🐷Inradients:
- 1 sausage string.
- 40 g of pepinillos.
- 40 g of scallion.
- 30 g of alcaparras.
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- 2 teaspoons of honey mustard.
- 1 teaspoon of honey.
- A few drops of Tabasco.
- A teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil.
- Carasau bread toast or other toast.
🧑🍳 PREPARATION:
1.- Let the sausage temper at room temperature so that it is more tender.
2.- We chop the pickle, chives and caparra very small.
3.- We take it to a bowl and add the mayonnaise, better if it is homemade, mustard, tabasco and olive oil and stir everything well.
4.- With a very sharp knife we cut the sausage into small taquitos.
5.- We mix the sausage with the previous dressing.
6.- We place accompanying some toast or bread peaks.
Note: The dressing ingredients can be modified according to our liking, with more or less pickled, without Tabasco and with Perrins sauce, with more or less scallion ... etc. The amounts can be modified.
